We assembled a team of Penn State Cooperative Extension educators and university faculty to educate the public on the legal, economic, and environmental implications of natural gas development in Pennsylvania's Marcellus Shale.
We worked with Penn State nutrition instructor and chef, Anne Quinn Corr, to produce a mini-documentary to share the process and success of her Cook Like a Chef camps.
Sparked by Penn State engineering professor, Sunil Sinha, we secured funding to produce a nationally-televised documentary—with accompanying outreach materials—to raise public awareness about public water and wastewater systems.
We produced an eight-minute video and accompanying web site featuring alumni, students, and industry representatives, to help the Penn State Center for Nanotechnology Education and Utilization recruit high school and community college students.
